Finally!!!
OK
It is finally here! It has taken just over a month to get here from Spain (more or less it spent 3 weeks sitting in Spain or on a slow boat). Anyway this is a BEAST! Its a LE that you won't see often, heck not many would even want it but heck I like unique things. Here is a little information I stole from ABlogToRead "Many innovations went into the Pita Oceana's design. Notable is the crownless design and water resistance to 5000 meters. The case is 43mm wide and 18mm thick. The watch movement is based on a heavily modified ETA 2671 automatic, while the overall watch has two patents in the design. The small star-shaped seconds hand is also a "chromatic depth meter." Something about the colors changing as you dive deeper. A very cool looking watch that is totally unique from a couple of master watch makers in Barcelona. " You can find videos and lots of other info online and on YouTube but Mr. Pita and his son really make some amazing pieces! http://www.pita.es/jsp/ideology.jsp?lang=en I LOVE the crystal, it just is amazing and with this there is NO mistaking you have a SERIOUS watch on your wrist (it can be ordered in Plat and I can only imagine what a workout it would be to wear that one!) While I do have smaller wrists they really designed the strap well so it fits nicely and the tail is not noticeable. Anyway here you go.... (pics compliments of the previous owner Alvaro on the Spanish dive watch forum) Sorry due to size of the images and my inability to resize the pics I just posted them in an album. Anyone who would like to resize them and repost them is welcome! :) http://s1224.photobucket.com/albums/...PITA%20Oceana/

Congrats, Jeremy. That thing is a beast. The height of it is quite amazing to say the least. Not sure how you are going to find the size/height of it.
It reminds me of a watch I have seen somewhere before but can't remember exactly what it was Look forward to seeing your wrist pix an future review of it. |

Its just one of those watches that is so unique I had to have it!
It will be GREAT this summer as I live on a lake this year. Not something I would have if I just was to own two or three watches but for freaks like myself its a FUN piece! NOT something I will be wearing with a suit and tie that is for certain HAHA
