Ladies Oyster Perpetual 6504 Info

I was recently given an Oyster Perpetual as a gift from a dear family friend. In examining it and trying to identify it, the model number engraved is BREVET+ 6504. The inside band area is engraved 750, then the Rolex logo (but it is a smooth oval, not a scrolled one), SWISS MADE, and 3 small numbers that appear to be 1 56....(which I understand is the first quarter of 1956). I did find some info online that showed an authentic Rolex with a smooth oval logo, not a scrolled one. But I can't find any bands that match this one. Can anyone give me information, etc.? As my first Rolex, it is absolutely beautiful. The attached photo of the clasp may look like it is marred/scratched, but it isn't. The entire watch is in excellent appearance. Photos attached...Thanks for any info, etc.

That's an 18k Gold vintage ladies Rolex Oyster Perpetual, with a quite unusual band. It is quite possible that the band is aftermarket, as the Rolex logo on the clasp looks a bit non kosher, but Rolex did make interesting things back then It's a beautiful watch, and the value is about 5-6k possibly. Enjoy it!

I have to agree with Matt, but I think the band is original, could you post some pics of the clasp. I'd say its worth as is 3.5k-5k. The dial looks original, and the case is nice too. Congrats!

Thanks for the info given. Michael M, you asked for more clasp pictures. They are attached. I was told by previous owner this watch is original/authentic (I hope so), and was purchased either in Switzerland, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia...doesn't narrow it down too much. Still trying to find info on the band.

Great looking watch! I think the band is original and the bottom loop on the crown has simply broken off, someone has buffed off the edges creating this unusual looking crown! Just a theory but plausable.
Keep snooping on the net and you will find more confirming evidence..
