Can anybody tell me if the hour markers and the hands are 18ct gold on the new blue Sub 116613LB ?

Yes, every modern Rolex has 18ct hands and markers

Thanx GMT Master, i thought they were, but just making sure. Mind you it wouldn't have stopped me buying one even if they were not 18ct.

It's one of those little details I always really like about Rolex - although, saying that, I don't think they're the only brand to do that with their watches. Certainly avoids the degradation that some older models display on the hands over time
