Watchmaker book recommendations?

I'm not looking to get into another career, but looking to learn more about watches and movements. Any recommendations for "watchmaker" books that have lots of details, pictures, etc.?

'Watch Adjustment' by Prof. H Jendritzki 1963. More drawings than photographs but my #1 for any young watchmaker wanting to learn the finer points of adjustment. Mine is well worn - purchased in '63 when it was often used. Not sure if it is in print now, look for a second hand copy, you will not regret it. Tylden.

Found a hardcopy reprint of this book on Amazon. It is on its way to me.

Well done. The book will give you an insight into the workings of the escapement and balance like no other book I've seen. It will also make you aware of the problems likely to be encountered by the watchmaker - and how to address them. Every master watchmaker should have a copy. Let me know what you think of it. Tylden.

Well if you want a purely technical book on time and watches and clocks get the Theory of Horology it's the main book used for studying for the CW21 test. It explains just about everything about function and form. I got mine at Amazon for abour 160.00. Rik

Found this on Amazon Kindle for $.99, seems well worth the price so far!
