Buying Rolex on Ebay ?

I don't know if this is blasphemy or not, but any advice on buying a Rolex in acution on Ebay. I have been watching one seller who has numerous (more than a thousand) positive feedbacks who deals almost exclusively in Rolex in and Omega's. Judging by his feedback he has sole some very expensive watches to some very satisfied buyers. Any thoughts ?

There are certainly some reputable sellers of Rolex watches on ebay. However, the ones that are clearly reputable often have prices as high as local resellers and often as high as you can buy new from a good AD. I have never seen a “deal” on ebay.

For these reasons I doubt I would ever buy from ebay. A little footwork and you can find a better deal.

Seamus,

Leopardprey and Colemanitis are both sell EXPII's.

Leopardprey has both black & white dials.

Colemanitis has a black dial.

If I had the funds right now, I would buy from one of these guys and know that they're well taken care of, authentic, and won't have to worry about getting ripped off. Additionally, look at the threads within their posts and you will see positive replies from other members. As they say within ebay, "Buy with confidence." But do it from one of these guys.
