Did you try it on? I use to think 44mm is huge... but after wearing my Panerai, its not too bad. I have a 6.5 inch wrist. I tried on a Radiomir Pam, which is 47mm, its not too bad on me either.

i think my 40mm chronomat longitude is a good size. sometimes i'd like bigger, but i've been toying with the idea of going to a 36mm datejust!

i havent seen one of these in the steel yet so i can comment on how they fit. but i was shocked when breitling decided to make this piece 47 mm considering how well the chronomat Evo was selling over the years. i just figured the b01 movement would have just gone into the old 43.8mm chronomat but then that might not have been enough of a change from their chronomat b01 LE they released last year.
