Congratulations. The GMTIIc steel was my first Rolex too! It keeps fantastic time with only 1 second gain per day...excellent. Last year I went for the Green Submariner and love it too. The glide lock clasp with 1mm adjustments is a nice step up and the brushed links are much more forgiving. Anyways, light scratches will happen with the GMTIIc, but a little polish every year or so will bring it back close to new.
Enjoy your new Rolex! Cheers |
