Is there a price increase in the UK as from the 10th???
Hello all!
I spoke to my bosses husband who owns a Rolex AD today and asked him about the Rolex price increase as from the 10th. However he says the "Price Increase" is just a rumor and won't happen until June/July... Is it already in place here in the UK? or is he fibbing Thanks, Dino

As far as I know, there is no price increase on 10th May in the UK.
Last "proper" price increase was in October last year from memory....... But who knows if there will be another one between now and the annual autum price increase |

The last UK price increase was in January of this year. The UK is a good place to buy now as prices compare well to Eurozone and US. The question is for how long...

Another price increase in the UK is highly unlikely given that one already took place in Feb.

The question isn't 'Will there be a price increase?' It's 'Why would there be another price increase?' Not going to happen.... |

Yeah you're right... Let's all ponder over it analysing and worrying about something that may or may not happen.

I agree with you there...the new Exp II is about $750 cheaper than the LVc ($7,750 v $8,500), so taking that into account and looking at the current UK prices then it would mean that if the proposed Uk price for the Exp II is about £5,200, then the LVc would have to increase to about £5,600 - £5,700...an increase of at least 6% just to bring the pricing structure of different models the same as the US.
I think a price rise on definitely on the cards... :) |

A good source has mentioned of £5250 for 42mm EXPII when released, and something along the line of 5% increase, but no def time at this stage...

Local AD hinted 2 weeks ago that UK prices would rise later in the year by more than recent US increase. Next few months is a good time to purchase I think.

Prices are rising greater than salaries. Seems odd that pre-owned SDs are going for up to £1000 more than I paid for mine new four years ago. I didn't buy the 14060m I was looking at last summer because I thought it too expensive (compared to what I paid for my date Sub a year earlier) but now wish I had.
