Just got your PM and noticed your post.

I was lucky enough to acquire mine through the sale boards here on the forum from a member in the UK.
These are hard to get and can not be purchased from any dealer in the US. Rolex has strict controls on their parts and do not offer them to the public.
The only way usually is if you have a damaged one and it is exchanged through a RSC or watchmaker with a parts account.
Mine is from a GMTiic as you stated, but a Daytona or even a Submariner buckle will also work!

Having said all that, they do occasionally pop up for sale here, or you could try a WTB Ad and a member may be able to help.
Be prepared to pay a fair amount though..Probably in the range of $800 to $1200 alone just for the buckle in the grey market!
