I need help with my new daytona PLEASE

So when i push the top pusher in the second hand stops but the subdials don't stop so I'm unable to reset them all.

It allowed me to do it the first time but the middle subdial never shot back.

Is mine damaged?

Seems to me that something is out of alignment.

I would take it to a RSC.

Are you sure it's not just the second hand subdial that keeps moving? You stated it's the middle sub dial - well on the 116520 that is the constant second hand that isnt related to the chronograph. If the left and right subdials reset to 12 o clock position your watch is fine

When you push the top button that starts the chronograph function the large second hands starts to move.Once it has gone round dial 1 minute it records a minute on the sub-dial and so on.When you push the bottom button that resets the large second hand will return to 12 O'Clock the minute/hour sub dial should reset, and the sub second dial will start recording the true seconds again.

Why would you want to stop the 3 sub-dials they are only used when using the chronograph function, Its only a glorified stop watch for timing things, hours, minutes and seconds.Once the function is stopped the sub-dials reset and sub-seconds revert back and start recording the seconds back in real time. The only way to stop the sub-second sub dial is when you pull the crown right out to hack the movement, for precise time setting.

The third subdial is your second hand--it is of course always running.
