I work overseas and take one watch with me...I work for 4 weeks then have 4 weeks off at home.....while I am home I wind all my watches daily (20 to 30 winds) so that they are all ready to wear....I do not have a winder......so for a month they all run and are all wound......for a month only one runs (on my wrist)....I am 1000% positive I am not doing any harm...I have done it for years
