Honestly, the watch does look too big for your wrist IMO. The lugs look like they're going beyond your wrist. Is that correct? If so, I would sell it and get something you're going to love on and off your wrist

We all make mistakes. I agree...it looks good on you. But when you're not happy it's tough to see your way back. Don't be too hasty. Is there something else you want? Look at a trade perhaps.

It's a great looking watch.

How about a different perspective on the wrist shot? I think wrist shots taken from the wearer's point of view always make the watch look larger.

For example, here is my 36mm Turn-o-graph with the common wrist shot. It actually looks BIG in this picture (to me)

But here's how the rest of the world sees my watch. It definitely does not look big in this picture

Size wise, your watch looks like a typical 36mm DJ. The watch the OP's watch is over a centimeter bigger (48mm to be exact)

I know how big his watch is. You missed my point. I'm talking about the perspective of the wrist shot.

I didn't miss the point. I understand it very well but my comment was to indicate that your watch, regardless of the pic, looks like exactly like what it is--- a 36mm watch. The OP's watch is a monster and requires a pretty large wrist to pull off no matter what angle you look at it. Are you suggesting the OP wear the watch and step back anytime someone wants to look at it so it appears smaller?

Although numerous comments come to mind, in an effort to not stray too far from the OP's original point, I'll bow out.

I wish you well.

i think it looks great! u just might be a bit too overly self-conscious about it...it's a large watch, but it looks liek u can pull it off....plus, i think after having that on the wrist for a month....u won't be able to go back to anything smaller lol

I too think it's to big for your wrist,I agree the lugs look like they extend more than the wrist. It's a nice watch,I kinda like the big 9-3.

I thought that watch would be cool as well, but 48mm is just not my cup of tea, and the 9 & 3 fonts are too large as well IMO.

Look at it like this, we all make mistakes. Who cares if you take a $2-3K hit on it in the long run. No one got hurt. You learned something. If you are not happy, sell the darn thing and move one.
Exactly and to the OP......don't blame Breitling for making a large watch. You did your research, knowing full well that the watch is huge. Either enjoy it or move on. BTW....it doesn't look bad on your wrist, at least from the pics you posted.

Good luck
