Just an update:
I went back to the D (not AD) and told him that I'd like to take a look at the watch.
Here are my observations:
Band is a 93250.
SEL has no "slots".
The shop owner couldn't tell me what "year" it is since it didn't come with any warranty papers. (I so want to get a toothpick....but the guy might kick me out of his shop)
I turned the crown clockwise and the hands turned counter clockwise. This would clearly be a sign of a fake rolex if it was a MODERN one, but I am not sure about the 3000 movements. Do the hands turn clockwise too when you turn the crown clockwise with 3000 movements?

I took some more photos.....

Your thoughts guys?



*i believe the rotation of the 3000 movement is correct as you found it.
*i have posted pics in this thread of the same bracelet... SEL "no slots"

the bracelet appears authentic, but not original to that watch 99% certain.

the price is too high, you can do better here.
