Great watches Ken.
I have hard a lot about the Paul Newman Panda dials.
However, I don't know much about the porcelain dials. Is the porcelain dial on this Daytona particularly special?

Thanks Stevo! As for the porcelain dial--one of the rarest of all dials on Daytonas. They made only 50 for the SS 16520 and roughly by estimates 250 of the Mk1 dials in total. They were made only in 1988 on the first R series 16520's and quickly ended as they shifted away from the porcelain. To me it represents the best of both worlds--old and new.

Thanks Ken for the information on the porcelain dials. Being produced in so few number must make them very collectible.
