Does this sound familiar to other TRFers..

When I was researching for my Daytona Zenith, I also looked at a classic Speedy. In the end, I got the Daytona.. and swore the Daytona was my last big purchase.

But after a while.. got a Speedy Reduced to scratch that itch.

Roll on a year or so... that itch got worse.. looked at a Sea Dweller (1665 or triple 6).. but found a beautiful Red Sub Mk4 within my budget..

Started saving up for that Sea Dweller again.. hopefully I can keep from being distracted from an Omega 3510.20 when I next travel to Tokyo.

Do you find that once you start down that path of getting that something special, it gets harder to stop looking at the next thing!?

Yep, try not to think about it but just enjoy it, tried fighting it but it just gets worse currently saving hard for the 6239, although the temptation to fall off the wagon is strong at the moment

Scream if you want to go faster!!!!....honestly.....just sit back and enjoy the ride....the best part of this ride is that it never ends!!!!!.....I must be the only guy on here who considers himself a small time collector who does not own a Sub,,,,,it's only a matter of time.....4 Rolex and 2 Tudors....one Rolex passed to my eldest son already.....aaaarrrggghhhhhhhhhhhh......it never ends....(seriously though, that's the best part!!!)

Hahahaha, it's plain old greed to me. And yes, it's in every man by nature.
