Question about my 14060M Sub
I like the look of the 5513s (before the introduction of the white gold surrounds on the dial). I'm consisting buying a 5513, but had a thought. Would it be possible to replace the dial on my 14060M with a dial without the white gold surrounds? And would it be possible to replace the sapphire crystal with an acrylic crystal?
Thanks for your help. -Reagan |

Save for a 5513 and keep the 14060M as is. Nice examples come-up on a regular basis in the sales forums and reasonable prices from good sellers.
I own a 14060M and it's a fine piece. Altering it will only strip it of value, assuming you can swap the dial. I know I read somewhere that acrylic/sapphire watches are not interchangeable. |

Just look for a good 5513. It will be less expensive and the parts are not interchangeable.
