"S" Service
Here's something I have seen recently. Now, I know that an "S" inside the coronet on the crysal mean that the crystal has been replaced by RSC. Does an "S" under the clasp mean the clasp or the bracelet has been replaced??

Taken form oysterworld.de site..
http://www.oysterworld.de/clasp.htm If there is an "S" in front of the code then your clasp was changed on a "S"ervice.

I have seen an "S" on the piece of metal that is connected to the clasp when you open the diver's extension. I think I am explaining it correctly. There is Rolex stamped above the "S."

The "S" on the Sub Date diver's link stands for "Small" (link) as compared to the "L" on the diver's link of the Sea-Dweller ("Long").

If L stands for Long then S should stand for Short, not Small.
