So I've been purchasing a bit using paypal recently and I noticed when I go to pay they mentioned they will charge me, the buyer, a fee by using my credit card instead of my bank account. Is this new?

Not sure if it has anything to do with it but this was for purchasing internationally. Is it they just charge an extra fee for international but none for domestic?

Anyone experience this?
