If not, any recommendation for a good case holder?
Bought a case opener, and I tried to remove the case back on my sub but have no way to secure the case itself. Any help is appreciated.

An LG openall case holder and dies for Rolex will work fine just put a thick cloth in the holder so as to not dent the case. Rikki

Put the case holder in a vise. You need a surprising amount of downward pressure to open a Rolex case.
