Just curious about the photos on the site. Do you think they are stolen photos of real watches or of the actual fake? If they are stolen photos then it should be real easy to shut down that crap.

well i am astonished that such a large corporation like care sales.com.au would be associated with such products, we need to shut them down, anything i can do to help count me in eg. if a compliant letter is needed etc.

I just received this reply after my report

"Thank you for raising your concerns with us.

As you may be aware, quicksales has a Listing Policy which prohibits the listing of counterfeit items or items which otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party. We work closely with government organisations and intellectual property owners to combat the distribution of counterfeit items.
You would appreciate that it is often difficult to definitively ascertain whether a particular item breaches a third party’s intellectual property. Therefore, to ensure that only those listings which are contrary to intellectual property rights are removed, we require that the notification and request for removal come from the intellectual property owner.

Once again, thank you for your interest and input into our website. For more information about counterfeit items, please see http://www.quicksales.com.au/content/0012005/help/Sell/counterfeit.aspx"

And I will continue to buy their counterfeit watches, and waste their time.......
And thereby underwrite the counterfeit industry. Sorry, but this is a very poor strategy. You starve this thing, not feed it.

I missed the not paying for part, sorry.

This sounds like a terrible site, but I don't know that you or anyone can be effective in ramming it on an individual basis. I agree that it's more likely to have results if you deal with govt. and private consumer protection agencies/counterfeit prosecution.
