New crown needed?

I have an Oyster Perpetual Datejust and it feels as if the thread might be worn on the crown, that is unless it is dirty etc, and I wondered what this should cost to replace whatever usually goes wrong.

Depending on whether it's stainless or gold full service tube crown axle mainspring gaskets detail and watertest between 5 and 650. Rikki
