Read something on EHOW, about my rolex, doesnt seem to work?

Hey guys, I read this article on EHOW about winding your watch setting the time ect ect.

when i tried this function, this did not happen to my rolex.

"Pull the winding crown out to the last notch, as far as it will go. This is the time setting position on your Rolex watch. You will see that the second hand has stopped and gone to 12."

My rolex does not go to 12. Does yours? I tried this on a 16610.

I pull the crown out when the second hand is on the twelve. This way I can set the minute hand directly on the minute when the second is on the twelve. My watches do not automatically go to twelve, and I don't think they're supposed to.

Literally random people who get paid for it. There is no fact checking, editing, etc.

Usually they get paid for each article they write (quantity over quality). They might do some cursory research to make sure they are "close"...but often they are horribly wrong.

If I were you, I wouldn't get ANY information from those kinds of sites.

NOPE..That is a TYPO at best or someone you shouldn't take any more instruction from on Rolex for sure. It isn't a Fly Back Chrono...it's a Rolex.
