question re: installing crystals

i have a ref 5513 sub i'm trying to get back together

i have the crystal, but i'm wondering how exactly they're installed? are they glued on or is there some kind of special gasket?

thanks all, i searched the net but couldn't get a clear answer as to how these things go together!

Underneath the rotating bezel is the crystal bezel it has to be carefully removed then the crystal comes off the put the new crystal on the case and using a crystal press push the crystal bezel over the crystal until seated that's it if it goes on to easily you will need to use crystal cement at the base of the crystal where it meets the case. Good luck Rikki
