Datejusts & Dial Feet

My old knock-around 3035 Datejust is quick-set with an acrylic crystal, but I keep it because it has a cool Tapestry dial.

A very similar watch has become available near me, a 16220 L serial, that probably has the 3135 but the ho-hum plain silvered dial.

Are the dial feet the same, i.e., could I swap out my dial into the newer watch?

I would not object to owning the sapphire crystal version with my Tapestry dial transplanted . . .
