Warning...

Do not walk into an AD that is carrying the new GMT Master 2 Green Hand...

Because once you put it on your hand... it's very difficult to take it off...

WOW a great purchase. Stunning watch and stunning pics. Wear this watch in good health. Rolex has sold a lot SS gmt II watches. Do you think that it is the best seller for 2007?

Great photos, I love the look of this new GMT congratulations
Is that some sort of computer chip (white sticker) on the side of the case, I haven't seen those before?

Yes, they are on all new Rolex watches. Mine wasn't white, though, but black and smaller.

What's the purpose of the barcode? Is the AD scanning the barcode when you buy the watch?

No, Rolex uses the information in the bar code for records of their factory stock.

If you examine the bar code closely, you will see it actually says "Made in China". This is since most of the new Rolex Models have the majority of thier inner parts outsourced these days in Rolex owned manufacturing plants in China. This is one way Rolex has been able to keep the prices of thier watches down and why there will not be a price increase this year.

Pegase747...

Hey there... Did you change your bezel to the All Black? or is this another one in your collection?

I love the classic Pepsi as well!

Hi Kevin,

Same watch, no way I let it go, it saw so much already !

I have this all black bezel insert, and still have the original Pepsi, I asked to an AD the swap inserts once the bezel popped out and I lost the click spring.

So now i have both . For work, I find the all black more discreet.

I see that you didn't leave the Rolex world for long time, I call it addiction !

Cheers / Pierre
