Thanks guys - really appreciate all the responses. Have to say that fatherhood really is all it was cracked up to be. Only one thing though....I never thought ANYTHING could steal my heart in an instant though....I was wrong. My little Lily certainly did.

The best part is that I started my own company al few years ago, and work from home full time! I will be fortunate enough to miss very little of my angel's life.
