Question

Hi, I have a question about what a watch is worth. I am looking at a womens date just SS jubilee with a after market dial and bezel with diamonds in it is worth. The watch was made in 2000. Thanks For your help!!

Welcome to TRF,

It would depend on the condition of the watch, could you post some pictures?

Sorry I dont have any pics of the watch at this time. I wish I did. The watch is in very nice shape. I was thinking of getting it for my wife for christmas. I would kinda like to know what wholesale and a fair price from someone selling one would be. Thanks

I just found this site last night! Wow it is great and a lot of info and cool watches!

Forget that watch if it has an aftermarket dial. I'd contact DavidSW here on the forums and place your order. Buy the seller not the watch.

I'm looking for the same DJ for a daughter but without the diamonds. You can get a nice 2000-ish version for $3,200, almost anytime. I believe the ladies' versions are being blinged-up and sold for $4,000+, these days.

When you ask for a valuation of a DJ with diamonds, the problem is that the added diamonds can be junk or much more valuable than the Rolex, itself. A year or two back, the ladies' DJ's were selling for a lower price, IMO.
