Is this Tudor having matching dial and case?

i dont like that watch at all. 74000 is a recent ref number and it has a rose dial? doesnt make sense. i have also never seen a recent gold-plated case bear that ref. number.
i also find the dial is not convincing. good luck with it; in my opinion this is a hodge-podge of parts from someone's bin. i may be wrong, but i would love to see another rose dial roulette date watch with that ref. number
