Sub C bracelet welds

Is it me or is the bracelet weld on the 6 o'clock side of the bracelet near the flip lock kind of "non-existent"?

I don't know what you're really talking about, but I doubt that Rolex actually "welds" much at all, if anything..

Most of the times manufactures of these parts "fusion weld" things together... the parts are held tightly together, then a high current is applied and the parts fuse together where they are touching... A much different process than the typical wire-filler welding with welding machines that most of us envision..

I would also like to know more about this,I feel it looks like a brazing process instead of an actual "fusion" weld.

If so, this means less strength in the bracelet,as well the brazing process can
be finiky. With these components, robots and computers do the work, but problems can still arise.
