Rolex datejust 16233C problem
I have a Rolex Datejust Oyster Perpetual model # 16233C. It stopped working last month and we sent it in for service, they repaired the hairspring. Now it is working but I hear a loose piece inside when i move the watch side to side. Any opinion on what the problem might be? Is it going to stop again anytime soon? This morning when i woke up the watch stopped at around 4am. I wind it now it's working , It's really bugging me. can anyone help me?

i bought this one as pre-owned from stein diamonds in LA few months ago. they gave me 5 year warranty. i sent it in 2 weeks ago coz the watch was stopped. they said the hairspring was broken need replaced for $500 but i refuse to pay for it under warranty. so they just repaired it. Now i donno what to do. so frustrated.
