As much as I thought this was a joke, I just had a customer who's wife was wearing two watches at the same time. All I could think about was this thread.

The angle of the shot indicates that the picture was taking from a camera directly above the arm as though one was looking down. That is only confirmed by the position of the jeans in the background directly behind the arm.

But I had a feeling you already knew that...
