Since day one after my first Rolex purchase I sleep with it on, shower with it on (keep the grime off it) and rarely take it off unless i am going something that could damage it. This isn't a Citizen I am wearing right. I do have two 2 watch winders though, my wifes Rolex goes on it at times along with my Omega PO and a Tag Kirium, occasionally my Seiko 17j auto and used ot have a Seiko Orange Moster that I sold.
