Big NFL Weekend

Couple of very interesting and exciting games, the two I have my eye on are the Denver/New England and San Fran/Pittsburg. Logic tells me NE should win but my heart tells me this game is a coin toss, especially with a good Denver D. All things equal, Pittsburgh is better than SF but they are WAY beat up and Ben may or may not play-may come done to what happens with the Ravens. If Ben plays, and Baltimore loses-the Steelers win. 49ers are a solid team though, thinking # 3 team in the NFC.

Agree with you about Denver/NE it's a coin toss, disagree about SF Pitt, that's a coin toss too. Granted a healthy Ben is better then Smith but it's closer then it used to be and everything else is a wash. We shall see. As a NE fan I'm hoping for a Steelers Ravens flop and a Brady breakthrough. Might happen but if it does we'll probably loose to Miami or Buffalo and the 1st seed will still be up for grabs...

Lots of 10-3 teams in the AFC. I think Houston has a pretty easy way to go 13-3, The NFC is more separated, I am a Saints fan and hoping for that bye week.

A lot of good games this weekend. Also a lot of games with playoff implications.

I'm a die hard Steelers fan but you can't ever count Brady out. Why? Because he's Brady.

I'll also add the Giants push for a playoff spot.

I think even the LV line is with you: -7.5/46 Denver.

Denver has as good of a chance to win against the odds as the Giants and Bills had.

So if the D does hold NE, the right bet may be Denver/Under.

I think Brady will pull it out but Denver is going to be tough. I think San Fran wins this one too, but only time will tell. Should be a good weekend for some good games and I really hope all my Fantasy players pull out huge numbers I am in first place in my league only have two games to win and I finish the champ!!

New England will absolutely stomp Denver. I'm not a fan of either team but that is just what I think is going to happen. And I'll gladly come back and eat crow if Denver wins!

No.

Still kind of hoping for a loss though. Would rather have another Super Bowl and one loss than an undefeated regular season a no SB.

Me either. I hope they got it out of their system but the o-line has me concerned.

I thought the Bronco-Patriot game would have been better. 41-23 right now (NE winning.)

3 straight turnovers in 2nd Q makes it hard. Some great plays tho!

Drew Brees has to average a little over 150 yards per game for the last 2 to break Marino's record of passing yards in a single season. This seems to be doable.

Geaux Saints. The saints and Patriots are the hottest teams in the NFL with the latest group of losses.

If Saints can lock up a 1st round bye I would not expect anything but an NFC title game appearance. I am not a hater, I am genuine. Where is the Packers O-line and can they win without a running back in the playoffs. The chiefs exposed some loops in the system and a loss is no big deal. The saints were 13-0 and then lost 3 straight, then won the superbowl. But that same Saint team is also in the playoffs.

This eases the sting of the Chargers game a bit. Nice to be back in 1st.

Both AFCN teams got dominated on the west coast.
