TRF new watch sales - warranties? Where do they get them?

Do watches, even BNIB from TRF sellers come with Rolex warranties?

I know most other brands only warrant sales through ADs, so for example if you buy a Tag from Amazon, it comes with an Amazon.com warranty as Tag won't honor the factory warranty.

Also, how do TRF sellers get BNIB watches? I would think Rolex would keep closer tabs on them than to let watches "disappear" like that.

What do RSCs think when they see an "off book" watch like that come in?

Deal's with the AD's I'm guessing. I am sure the AD would get in a world of trouble if Rolex found out...
