Not all deals run smoothly!

Recently I bought from Shear Time, watch arrived very speedily but was not running. Seller assured me it was when he sent it, packaging was intact.

Both of us in a situation that neither wanted to be in. I'll spare everyone the blow by blow details but we quickly reached a solution acceptable to both parties. Communication from Andrew was efficient and quick and the matter dealt with rather than ignored.

Perhaps you learn more about a seller when the deal doesn't all go to plan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Shear.
