Guys...

I'm having a dilema here!!

Some of you may be aware that my boss owns a Rolex AD. I have taken some interest in the old model Explorer II white dial ref:16570 I'm aware the watch currently retails for around £4,550ish..

However...

the watch which he has in stock is classed as "old stock" which has been sitting around the store since 2008. Obviously this watch has been going up and up during the price increases and I have been offered the watch at its old price from 2008. (My boss needs to contact Rolex to find out)..

My question to you is.. Does any of you knowledgable people know how much the watch retailed for in 2008?

First have they told you its been in the shop since 2008 or are you going on the case stamp?.

They told me its old shop stock since 2008.. It was orded in store then.

go for it. some love it and some hate it. i love mine but not as much as my Daytona so the Mrs is looking after it for now.

can't help with 2008 pricing though. sorry!

Thats correct but they did have two price rises in the year 2008.
