Is it true random serial number series and COSC model had a very short production run
Is it true, for the 14060M newer random serial number series and COSC model had a very short production run and is not in production?

Actually I had called around some AD's here in TO and I was quoted $6320 for a new Submariner. Some local Ad's don't even have them in stock.
