New Old Stock Milgauss

Hey guys,

How much is a reasonable price to pay for a Milgauss 116400 with white dial and orange markers and lightning bolt? Saw one for $5,999 USD which seems just a little on the pricey side.
Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.
