Has anyone had a bad or good experience dealing with this guys?

I just purchased a V serial 14060M in mint condition (pre-owned). It came with a lifetime warranty as long as I let them service it every 4 years. It was a great purchase experience for me. I'm tempted to place another order with them. Research their website from top to bottom.

I have not dealt with them but a friend who owns a Sea Dweller recommended them. I like their inventory, but I found a better deal elsewhere.
