Tom is a true gentleman. He shipped me quickly a beautiful watch the Memovox from the 60s. Although I did not think the watch fit me when I wore it on my wrist, I returned it to Tom without any issues.

Tom honoured the 3 day return policy and kept the communication with extreme politeness and professionalism. He refunded me the money immediately upon receiving the watch.
