Welcome aboard!
First off, those are some excellent photos. I'm not the world's expert on these matters, but I'm learning and I do have a randomly-numbered 14060M on my arm as I type this. It is my humble opinion that the watch is genuine. The crown looks like it might have taken at hit or maybe there just something on it obscuring the coronet and the triplock dots, but that's the only questionable thing that I see. Others will be along to chime in and also expect that this thread will be moved to the "Watch Out" section, where these types of authentication threads belong.

I like it, too. Def a classic style that i love. I got a similar one for my husband last month. Actually i bought it online, but it looks incredibly brand-new. I guess aside Rolex they have plenty of other luxury watches too..

LOL @ all the people replying without even reading what this thread is about...
But yes, from my limited understanding on subs this looks legit. A big giveaway is the pearl at 12 o'clock. On fakes they look very different to the genuine most of the time. Either not even spread lume, or to much, too little, not bulging out etc. The crown guards either side of the crown are also often not as accurate on fakes/reps often too pointy, or not long enough.

Visually, it looks exactly like mine. Of course you should also have it opened up and looked at from the inside by an expert. Cheers!

The only way to be sure is inspecting the movement. These pictures aren't enough to clarify authentiity.

I'm no expert, but I do have a 14060 that looks just like your pictures. Got to say-- that's pretty nice photography.
If you're worried about authenticity, it doesn't take any time, at all, for a decent (not great) watch guy to recognize a real Rolex. |

Looks good to me! The only mentionable thing is that it may be a little over polished, but that could just be the angle and lighting playing tricks.
Enjoy it! |

That thing looks SUPER clean for a T serial so I'd have to assume it comes with service paperwork or I'd be very suspect. All the pictures tell us is that the case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet look legit. No idea about the movement without opening it up so it could still be a frankenwatch.

The watch has been polished and cleaned as it looks shiny.
There is no blush or anything inaccurate at the dial, bracelet, crown, and at the markers. 'Swiss T' is written on the dial. It is very unlikely to be a fake as most fakes have 'Swiss Made' on dial. As 'Swiss T' is written instead of 'Swiss Made', the dial might have been replaced. Most custom made certi dial Subs which has diamonds on dial and have Swiss T which shows that the dial has been replaced. I am not sure though. Experts will know... |
