GMT 1675 Correct box ????

I recently added a GMT 1675 Circa 1967 to my watch collection. I would like to begin a search for the correct original box that would have come with this watch. can someone out there please let me kow what that box was, and perhaps even post a picture. Any help..

Here are some circa 1967 USA boxes. The box set is rather expensive. The cloth inside box sets normally preceded the wood interior sets. 1966-67 could be either box in my opinion, depends when it was shipped to a dealer and sold. The second set with the angles on the lid, came with a GMT that was sold new in 1968. I have that complete set still, which I purchased from the original owner's son. Sadly, the watch wasn't included.

As I advised about a week ago on the vintage forum. The Book Revolution (The evolution of the Rolex Sport Watch) Auction catalog from Antiquorium April 17, 2008 is a great reference book for vintage watches showing many References with original box and papers, several different ones for the 1675 included. This book is about 1 1/2 inch thick and a great great reference. I use mine all the time. I also believe you can view it on line with the proper searching. Anyway, Good Luck.
