Jubilee bracelet link removal?

Hello everyone, I have a question that hopefully one of you can answer. I have a vintage datejust ref. 1601 from the 60's with a 2 tone jubilee bracelet. I was told that it had slight stretch to it when i bought it, but to me it doesnt seem like it is bad. I have small wrists anyway and always have to adjust my watches. there is only one stainless steel link with a pin hole in the side. The gold links in the center of the bracelet are of the folded type. How are the links in this watch removed? can a jeweler remove those inside gold links that hold the stainless steel ones together?
