Can a swiss watch clean using an Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner ??

Whih model ultrasonic cleaner are you referring to?

Some are so low in power that they are almost useless and would just clean the bracelet surface and not much else - they would not harm a watch movement.
Some are high wattage and you need to keep your fingers away.

Also remember that even washing a watch has dangers if the seals are worn.

Never put a cased movement in a cleaner. Ever. You can wash the bracelet and empty case.
