Question for the DSSD

You guys think Rolex would ever offer to buy replacement bracelets for the DeepSea? I would love the fact of having a new one tucked away.

Why there is no reason with just a little care from yourself it should last 30 odd years.Main part of bracelet is fine the clasp at the moment is a unknown as its quite new, but reports that the clasp alone is $1k.Myself have older SD and subs that have both worked hard in there life, one now almost 25 years old and still fine today.

I agree not a chance. Love the remark about never owning a Rolex. Lol. Wear keep clean and enjoy and it should last a very very long time.

Probably no, if they see that your DSSD is still sporting a bracelet. What you can possibly do is remove your current bracelet and go to RSC with DSSD on nato only and declare that you lost your bracelet. I'm sure they're gonna sell you a replacement.

Now there's an idea. Seems like they'd send you a quote if that's the case.

It's going to cost you though, and as Peter said why get an extra when the one you get should last a very long long time as long as it is maintained correctly. Keep it cleen and wear it snug.

Let me ask you this.. Does matter how many times I get it buffed to take out all scratches? Would it ever effect turning the watch?

placing an ad in the "want to buy" section of the forum would be a good place to start looking imho .
