New world MotoGP Champion!

It might be old news now but last weekend in Japan Casey Stoner, a 21 year old from Australia finished the Japanese MotoGP on his Ducati to win the World Championship for 2007

Casey 100% concentration

Not Casey, but I love this photo:

Wow so let me get this straight. There's 3 races left and Rossi, Pedrosa and Hayden aren't even close?

Stoner had a dominant year!

Congrats Aussies ! 21 years old and world champ = brilliant. You have Vermeulen too.Stoner following in the footsteps of the great Mick Doohan. Can he be better than Doohan ? Time will tell.....

Rossi needs power.Simply cannot win in the corners, when straightline power is so low.....

It never fails to amaze how good these people are on a motorbike.

Definitely agree. I feel pretty good when I scrape my boot sole in a corner, and these guys could drag their elbows. Amazing ability! Talk about being "one with the machine".
