You guys got me worried about my c-Sub ...
I read the thread below about the "fake" c-Sub. Mine has some similarities. I was positive mine is authentic until I read the thread. This is the third one I've had so I thought I could tell a genuine c-Sub. However the writing on my dial where it says 1000ft = 300m looks like the so-called fake one in the thread about the c-sub from fiance. Now I know Rolex sometimes changes fonts, spacing, etc over time like they did with the DSSD. So maybe that's what is going on. Mine is a G serial from Oct 2011. I have all the paperwork including a copy of the receipt from the AD and the warranty card and all numbers match. I've taken pics of all. Even the little plasctic protection is still on in some areas and it's the same as my other c-Subs. So here are the pics.

Mine's green, but it has the same "1000 ft = 3000 m" fonts as yours. Not sure why there are minor differences on the dials here and here, but variety is the spice of time as well as life, I guess.

The biggest way to tell on these is 1) the pearls on the replicas are terrible. they are basically just a ball of epoxy, 2) there is typically no AR under the cyclops 3) the engravings on the rehault and bracelet are poor. no where as clean as OEM.

If it says 3000m you should be worried.

It's funny the op made the comment. Mine is exactly like his. It's a g serial and the font on the 1000 = 300ft has the same spacing. I kept thinking about mine all night. I bought mine from a trusted seller from the forum. I knew mine was real but it had me thinking. Lol.

I went as far as taking the pic of the other thread ( think we are talking about the same one ) and put it against your pic as well as a few others which have similar angles and I took as real based on the posters standing.
There are some differences which I can see , but to be perfectly honest , due to light and angle some of the other "real" pics also looked different between each other. Like I said in the previous post - cheap lesson learned for me - rather buy from a trusted source rather than looking for bargains elsewhere. Some fakes are bad but clearly some are getting quite good ( not sure if in real life it would be easier to see the differences ) |

Thanks guys. I thought for sure it was genuine until I read the thread below. Even though I had every piece of documentation and like I said, it's my third. Actually I should have just compared to my first 2 seen here:
Oops - I guess I had 4!! Here's another: Does look like maybe some spacing changed along the way |
