Ceramic Bezel Insert on Older Subs and GMT's

Can you buy a ceramic bezel insert and put it on the previous model Submariner or GMT?

Its a totally different system the ceramic insert is on 3 spring loaded ball bearings that are drilled in the case. And the retail price for the bezel ceramic insert complete for a SS Sub is around £676 ($1324) + plus applicable taxes in your country.
