Really? Can you make me feel any worse? AP and my favorite dish. My fam lives in Barcelona and I havent had descent Catalan food in almost a year. And yes btw AP RO isone of my grails.

We should organize a big GTG for TRF in Spain where everyone from around the globe comes. Kind of like the Rolex Passion GTGs. If we do it somewhere in the US I could be in charge of making a Paella for up to 24 people.

I like how you are indeed a connoisseur!!! Most of my socarrat burnt way too much. Almost charred but I still enjoyed some after my second plate.

I haven't been able to find rabbit here in Chicago but as soon as I do I'll make a good Paella Valenciana the way it's supposed to be.

Se ve que te gusta comer bien! I bet you love going to Jose Andres' restaurant! I love paella negra or arroz negro but it's almost impossible to find squid ink here in the U.S. I hate that! You can only make it if you bring a couple jars from Spain or from La Tienda.com
