Who Here Collects Rolex Ads?
I subscribe to Food & Wine Magazine and I have about 9 ads I cut out. They are not all perfect...and they are of Datejust, Celini and Pearlmaster Watches. I am willing to give these away if someone wants them.
If you have questions or you want all of them, let me know. I will spring for the few stamps as long as I don't have to send outside the US. First one to call dibs here gets them. specifically Cellini Prince Cellissima Pearlmaster white gold and gold Day Date with Eric Clapton Rosegold Datejust Cellini Danaos |

Rodday, you might check out Scuba Diving magazine if you can get it in that part of the world. There's usually, but not always, a full-page Rolex ad in each issue, often on the back cover. I was disappointed to see there was no Rolex ad at all in this month's issue, although there was a small article on the North American Rolex Scholar program.
Typically the watch featured is the TT Blue Sub, the most photogenic Rolex of them all, imho, but occasionally it's the Sea-Dweller. Unfortunately, I spilled coffee on the last one and that was the end of that. I didn't keep a copy of the others, so I don't have one to share, sorry. I don't see a lot of ad copy in in magazine Rolex advertisement anymore. It's usually a shot of the watch, sometimes an "action shot" but more often just a macro, like we see here every day, with "Rolex" and the 1-800 number. I think with Rolex right now the thinking behind the pitch is that less is more.
